New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has been actively campaigning to woo people in Punjab for the upcoming Assembly elections in 2017. Aam Aadmi Party Chief and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was stormed by questions as to why is the party not revealing names of the Chief Ministerial Candidates and why was he scared of it.

To this, Kejriwal said people say baseless things and stated that the party is working hard to bring out massive development in Punjab. He assured that whoever the candidate is, will sacrifice anything for the betterment of Punjab.

Arvind Kejriwal was asked if his wife, Sunita Kejriwal had plans to become the Chief Minister of Punjab. To this, Kejriwal said that there was no question of his wife becoming the Chief Minister and he had no clue about himself as well. Kejriwal was quoted saying by Dainik Bhaskar that he is now not in a position to comment on whether he is fighting the upcoming Punjab election.

When asked to comment on Opinion Polls, Kejriwal said opinion polls are unreal. He said the results of the opinion polls are superficial. Citing an instance, Kejriwal said the opinion poll allotted them 6 seats in the Delhi Assembly elections but the party won 28 seats. The second time, polls gave us 23 seats but the AAP won 67 seats.
