Kashmiri boy cracks SSB examination, to join as Commissioned Officer in Indian Army

Jammu and Kashmir: An engineering graduate from restive Anantnag district of South Jammu and Kashmir has cracked the prestigious Services Selection Board (SSB) examination, securing fourth position to join as a commissioned officer in the Indian Army.

Zubair Ahmad Itoo, who lives in a small village near Anantnag district, completed his engineering from the SRM University Delhi, this year in May. Zubair had cleared the examination from special selection centre (North) and will now join 49-week long officer training at Officers Training Academy in Chennai.
