New Delhi: Former Bihar chief minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav on Thursday said that the regional parties, including the Samajwadi Party, Janata Dal (United) and INLD, would soon start a protest against the BJP-led government at the Centre on the black money issue.

“My party, Mulayam Singh Yadav’s party, Chautala ji’s party and Sharad Yadav’s party, we all belong to the same family. We have gathered at Mulayam Singh’s residence, we are soon going to start a protest against black money,” Lalu told media after the meeting of third front leaders at Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav’s residence in New Delhi.

The RJD chief also used the occasion to criticize Prime Minister Narendra Modi and alleged that the latter has failed to fulfill his promise of bringing back the black money to the country in 100 days.

“The Prime Minister had said that he will bring back the black money within 100 days and give Rs. 15 lakhs to everyone in the country, he has failed on this. Now, he is saying that he will try to bring it back and is further delaying it. So, we are going to wage a war and highlight the issues of black money, unemployment and inflation,” he said.
