Protestor briefly disrupts PM’s speech at Vigyan Bhawan

New Delhi Jan 29: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh speech was briefly interrupted at the Vigya Bhawan when a protestor tried to disrupt the proceedings as the PM was to start his speech.

The protestor stood up after Congress President Sonia Gandhi finished her speech and started disrupting PM’s speech when he started outlining the achievements of his government during the launch of the Waqf Development Corporation.

The protestor claimed that PM’s speech on UPA’s focus on the minorities was only on paper and that nothing concrete has been done by his government so far.

Following the disruption, the protestor was dragged out of Vigyan Bhawan
